This spacious three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms spreads over two floors, with bedroom 1 and the open plan kitchen and living area downstairs, and the other two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. This comfortable home is modern and very well equipped, with nice parquet floors throughout and equipped with top quality furniture. It enjoys of a great location on Ballester street, in the picturesque neighborhood of Gràcia, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and the gorgeous Jardins del Turó del Putxet.

What we liked the most

  • The first thing you will see as you enter this house is the modern kitchen, equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining.
  • The living area is located at the back of the kitchen, and it is furnished with a large sofa, a dining table and a TV.
  • Bedroom 2 has its own ensuite bathroom.
  • Overall, this is a fantastic home, offering a very clean, pleasant and comfortable living space.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 1 and 3 have single beds with another single roll out bed underneath.
