This stylish two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is brand new and immaculate throughout. It has three floors, with the living room and the kitchen on the ground floor, the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, and a huge sunny terrace on the top floor. One of the nicest features of this apartment is having access to a lovely shared swimming pool within the apartment complex. It is located on Ramón y Cajal street, in upscale Gràcia, a very sought-after neighborhood where competition for apartments is fierce. Some of the city's best restaurants, shops, galleries, bars, and markets are located within this popular area.

What we liked the most

  • This home is very warm and cozy, with nice parquet floors, lots of windows and decorated in pleasant pastel colours.
  • The sunny terrace is furnished with a table with chairs, allowing you to dine outside while you take in the beautiful views.
  • There is plenty of storage space throughout the apartment, with a wardrobe on each bedroom, storage cabinets in the kitchen, and a large shelving unit in the living area where you could keep your books.
  • The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances including a handy dishwasher.
  • Both bedrooms have access to a shared balcony overlooking the street.

Things to keep in mind

  • This home is a good option for families, with one double room and one twin room, though it may not be suitable for those with small children as the staircase is not fully enclosed and the swimming pool is not fenced.

    How to book
