This apartment is located on the second floor of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. It has single electric heating and electric water heating. You can dry your washing using the rack inside the apartment.

This nicely presented 1 bedroom apartment offers 1 bathroom and a sunny open plan kitchen and living area. One of the nicest features of this apartment is that it has a small balcony overlooking a lively neighbourhood plaza. In this lovely outdoor space you will find a football and a basketball court, providing you with a handy venue to exercise in the open air. The apartment has a floor area of 40 sqm and is located on Carrer de Metges, in the neighbourhood of El Born, 5 minutes from Parc de la Ciutadella, 10 minutes form the Barri Gotic and approximately 20 minutes from the beach. This is a really great place to live!

What we liked the most

  • The bedroom is silent, as it is interior and located away from the street. It is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and 2 bedside tables with a lamps.
  • The bathroom has tiled walls and floors, making it easy to clean.
  • There is a marble bench by the kitchen which could be used as a food-preparation area or as a dining space. There is also a separate table which could be used as a dining table or a desk.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen is compact but fully functional. Although you won't find an oven or microwave, there is a microwave and an electric stove.
  • The living room does not have a TV, but the sofa can be opened up to create a double bed, increasing the flat's occupancy to 4 people.
  • Although cleaning service is included in the rent, cleaning products need to be purchased by the tenants.

How to book
