This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located on Carrer Garcilaso in the neighborhood of Horta Guinardo and features a fabulous rooftop patio. This flat is gorgeous inside out; and trust us, you'll be blown away by this terrace! Lined with potted plants and furnished with patio furniture, we are sure that you'll enjoy many nice meals and drinks out here and under the Barcelona sun. Inside the apartment, you can enjoy the new and renovated amenities. The 2-story distribution of the apartment gives a sense of intimacy to each room. This flat would be perfect for a group of friends moving to Barcelona together or a family looking for a chic yet fully equipped home from which to explore the Ciutat Comtal!

What we liked the most

  • The best aspect of the apartment is hands-down the rooftop terrace! Furnished with a big table and chairs and decorated with plants, it is truly a one of a kind space.
  • The flat itself is simply yet beautifully decorated with rustic wooden furniture contrasted with the white walls.
  • We liked the 2-story distribution of the flat. You will have plenty of privacy when you need it!
  • Each room has a different size and bed type, so tenants can choose according to their preference.
  • The open kitchen comes complete with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator. You'll be ready to whip out meals as soon as you move in!

Things to keep in mind

  • The flat is located in a local neighborhood, so tenants can enjoy some peace and quiet away from the busy city center.
  • The second bathroom is located upstairs in the 3rd bedroom.
