You can find this well-furnished flat on Carrer Alfonso XII, close to various metro stations and train lines. Sant Gervasi is the upscale area of Barcelona while Gracia is a local neighborhood filled with young residents. You'll get tranquility, authenticity, and good transportation with this lofted flat as your home! The total area of this property is 50 m2.
