Let’s tour the place This lovely apartment for four measures 105 square meters and is situated on the first floor at Londres Street in the Eixample neighborhood. It has a warm environment with contemporary furnishings and decorations. A cozy L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, an armchair, an HD 50" Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and HBO Max, a charming rug, wall accents, and plants are all present in the living area. The apartment also has a dining area with a rectangular table and four chairs, nested next to the open kitchen.

The kitchen comes with lovely white cabinets and gray worktops. It is completely furnished with modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee maker, induction stove, dishwasher, freezer, and refrigerator. Additionally, there are trash cans, wine glasses, dinnerware, and culinary essentials. The first bedroom is simple but adorable.

Landlord policies

Important: the final cleaning fee (200€) must be paid to the landlord before check-in. Security deposit and cleaning fee need to be paid to the landlord before preparing the contract.

In addition, tenants will be asked to make an advance payment of €300 to cover possible excess utility costs. Utilities are included in the rental price, but in the event that the amount specified in the listing is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from this amount. If the consumption of utilites does not exceed the specified amount, this 300€ will be refunded when you leave the flat.

Check-in out of working hours:

  • From 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm, check-in is possible at an additional cost of €65; from 10:00 pm - 00:00 am, an additional cost of €85 would be payable, upon request.
  • It is necessary to fill in and sign the form and the house rules. You will also be asked to provide a photo of your passport or valid ID.
  • No parties are allowed. In case a neighbor complains or presents evidence that a party is being held in the apartment, the deposit will be taken; and in case of damage, the cost of repair/replacement of damaged items will be claimed.
