La mejor zona de Vilanova i la Geltrú, el centro, zona peatonal y comercial, junto a Rambla Principal, plaça de les Cols, ayuntamiento y todos los servicios, médico, bancos, mercado de abastos, supermercados, panaderías, restaurantes, colegios, comercio de calidad, a sólo cinco minutos de zona deportiva, estación del ferrocarril y Bus. Sin duda se encontraran muy cómodos en todos los aspectos y al ser peatonal no hay ruido de tráfico por lo que hay tranquilidad para descansar bien después de una jornada de trabajo, teletrabajar a gusto, salir a pasear y tomar una copa sin tener que alejarse de la que será durante un tiempo su casa.
Notas:
NO es posible empadronarse en esta propiedad, es imprescindible tener DNI o NIE actual (No sirve pasaporte) y justificar la estancia por motivos de trabajo o matricula de estudios formalizada, de lo contrario no será posible el alquiler en esta vivienda. Gracias.
