A beautifully decorated space close to the center of Barcelona, this flat offers a tranquil home for those wishing to live close to the lively areas of the city while having a quiet home to come back to. The apartment features modern decor and amenities throughout, and there is an interior patio where tenants can have a coffee or dry their clothes. The area surrounding the apartment is ripe with Modernist architecture and the neighborhood of El Raval, which forms a part of the historical center of the city, is a few minutes' walk. The total area of this modern apartment is 65 m2.
