This luxurious one bedroom flat has a surface area of 80 m2, sleeps up to 2 people and is located on the first floor. The interior is simply charming, full of high quality furniture and modern decoration. The living room features a large grey sofa, covered with yellow cushions, side tables, a beige carpet, HD TV on a wooden TV cabinet, as well as plants, pictures and decorative details. Next to the living room there is a cosy dining area, with a round table, two grey chairs and two yellow chairs, matching the colour scheme of the flat. The room is well lit naturally, thanks to the large glass doors that give access to a modern designed balcony. The balcony is furnished with a green table and two chairs and a large sofa, and overlooks the green areas surrounding the property. The kitchen comes with beautiful white cabinets and matching countertops. It is fully furnished with modern appliances, including a bread maker, blender, dishwasher, freezer and refrigerator, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, French Press coffee maker and electric cooker. In addition, there are kitchen essentials, plates and cutlery, waste bins and wine glasses. The bedroom is lovely. The room includes a double bed covered with white sheets and navy blue blankets, two bedside tables with lamps and a dresser with hangers. That, plus a wall decoration, plants and a TV. The private bathroom features a bathtub with a glass curtain, a toilet, a bidet and a washbasin with a mirror. Toiletries such as cleaning products, conditioner, hairdryer, hot water, towels, soap, toilet paper and bathrobe are provided. In addition to WIFI, clothes hangers, iron, safe and washing machine, the flat is equipped with air conditioning and central heating. The apartment has two parking spaces with an electric car charger. Our dedicated team will be available on site to assist you with your check-in and check-out procedure.

    Landlord policies

    Important: the final cleaning fee (200€) must be paid to the landlord before check-in.

    In addition, tenants will be asked to make an advance payment of €300 to cover possible excess utility costs. Utilities are included in the rental price, but in the event that the amount specified in the listing is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from this amount. If the consumption of utilites does not exceed the specified amount, this 300€ will be refunded when you leave the flat.

    Check-in out of working hours:

    • From 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm, check-in is possible at an additional cost of €65; from 10:00 pm - 00:00 am, an additional cost of €85 would be payable, upon request.
    • It is necessary to fill in and sign the form and the house rules. You will also be asked to provide a photo of your passport or valid ID.
    • No parties are allowed. In case a neighbor complains or presents evidence that a party is being held in the apartment, the deposit will be taken; and in case of damage, the cost of repair/replacement of damaged items will be claimed.
