This beautiful, 130 m² apartment has 4 rooms available to rent in the Born neighborhood, in the heart of Barcelona. This is one of the city's liveliest areas, full of historical sights, shops, bars, and restaurants. Many of Barcelona's most famous landmarks and best shopping and dining is within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and unique, with original touches like high ceilings and beautiful tile floors. There are two lovely living rooms and two full bathrooms to share. The incredible kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a dining table, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. This apartment is tastefully decorated, fully furnished, and features all the amenities you will need and then some!
Room description
Bedroom 3 is the smallest of the bedrooms, however it is also the only exterior room with a street view and a balcony. It has a double bed, shelving and a standalone wardrobe.

What we liked the most
- We love the apartment's classic touches like the original floors and high ceilings.
- If you like to cook, this is the place for you. The kitchen is spacious, modern, and fully equipped.
- There are two separate living spaces, in case you need to get away from the buzz of the city center.
- Two complete bathrooms makes sharing with other tenants more manageable.
- All utilities and WiFi are included in the rent.
Things to keep in mind
- The third bedroom is quite small, however it is exterior and offers a lovely street view.
- The apartment does not come with the TV shown in the pictures or with functioning AC.
- Cleaning service once a week.
- 100 euros additional if tenants are a couple.
