Five bedrooms are available in a spacious apartment with a terrace situated in the L'Eixample Dret neighbourhood of Barcelona. From the flat, tenants can walk just 14 minutes to reach the picturesque Parc de la Ciutadella. The property boasts a spacious kitchen fitted with modern appliances and a seating area where tenants can eat together. There is also a cosy living area which features a comfortable sofa. The main feature of the property is the spacious terrace, a large, open space where tenants can relax or sunbathe. Plaça de Catalunya is only 6 minutes from the property, and from here tenants can walk to the famous Les Rambles.

Things to keep in mind
- The property has changed since Spotahome's last visit: 2 bedrooms have been converted into living rooms. There are only 3 complete bedrooms now.
- This property does not have A/C but there are plenty of windows which tenants can open to let in fresh air.
- There are two toilet rooms in addition to a complete bathroom.
- The sofa in living room is now placed in bedroom 1.
