About myself: Retired, but working a few hours. I love music, dancing, art and literature. Interested in learning about other cultures. I speak Catalan, Spanish and English. 1 Room for Rent in Gorgeous Flat in Barcelona. This is a comfortable and quiet place perfect to concentrate on studying, working or resting. If you are respectful, responsible, and calm, I will be happy to welcome you into my home. Along with my familiar and friendly treatment, this house includes a small balcony where you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. A weekly cleaning service is included for the common areas and it is optional if you would like it for your room as well. I would love to show you Barcelona and its charms.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

    Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    • ID or Passport
      Identification document (ID card or passport)
    • Proof of solvency
      Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
