If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

In case of double stay the price of the cleaning service will be 66€ Payment method - CASH ( by the 5th of the current month) Monthly cleaning: 33€ per tenant. If a tenant does not pay between the 1st and 5th of the month, their belongings will be removed from the property without the right to a refund of the deposit and without further consent.
