For Long stays bookings (more than 6 Month), if you shorten your stay for more than 50% of the original stay, the deposit won't be refunded.
Couples are allowed but to avoid apartment saturation (common area) it is limited to 1 couple per apartment
The tenant must cover an Administrative Fee amount of 150 €
There is an extra fee of 100 € for couples
Deposit and administrative fees must be covered before your arrival at the property.
The room-shared properties are included with a weekly cleaning service, except for studios.
Admin expenses:
Include cleaning upon departure.
Check-in
- Monday to Friday from 9:00h to 19:00h. Outside these hours, weekends and holidays there is an extra charge for late check-in of 50€.
