La ubicación es inmejorable: - Al lado de la Universidad histórica de Barcelona con su jardín botánico y biblioteca, espacios ideales para estudiar, pasear o descansar. - Playa a 15 minutos en bici. - Situado a menos de 5 min de calles peatonales como Paseo de Gracia, Consell de Cent, o Enrique Granados. - Comercios tradicionales, gimnasios con spa y buenas cafeterías y restaurantes en la zona. - Museos y galerías de arte cerca, así como edificios modernistas históricos emblemáticos. La casa : Es un piso modernista enorme, que conserva elementos característicos, como suelos de mosaico hidráulico, vidrieras, cocina clásica, bañera de mármol... El ambiente es tranquilo y agradable, y priorizamos el respeto y descanso de todos.     With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
