4 bedrooms are available to rent in Barcelona's well-connected and affordable L'Eixample neighborhood. Modern and bright, there is plenty of storage space and room to relax throughout the apartment. The kitchen is large, and is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, and a big fridge. The living room, too, is big and inviting, with lots of space to sit and relax with your roommates.

The L'Eixample neighborhood is one of Barcelona's most convenient areas to live. Well-connected to the city center by the metro and several buses, the neighborhood is full of bars, restaurants, and unique shops. Eixample is affordable, and very popular among young students and professionals.

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
