What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Casa reformada en 2022. Ropa de cama, baño, cocina incluidos. Te los lavamos cada 15 dias. Suecos, almohadas y mantas a disposición. Calefacción hab 2 + salon por clim split, habitación 1 y baño por calefacción elect individual. HABITACIONES PARA 1 SOLA PERSONA (parejas no). Hab 1 y 2 con mesita de cama o similar + mesa y silla para estudiar. Cocina super equipada congelador, lava vajilla... Salon con TV y sofa convertible. Casa entera para dos estudiantes. Todos comercios a menos de 200m, 7 lineas de autobuses y metro L3 + parking gratis + sala de gym a 300m. NB : Necesitamos poder acceder a la hab 1 (contador elect + armario).

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
