El piso se sitúa en el centro de la ciudad con muy buena comunicación metro (Rocafort) y autobus, cerca de Plaza España y parque de Montjuic. Alrededor multiples tiendas, bares, cines, biblioteca.
En una finca con ascensor, situado en un barrio tranquilo y centrico llamado "Eixample" donde te vas a encontrar como en tu casa.

4 bright rooms are available to rent to students in central L'Eixample Esquerra, Barcelona. The property is spacious, and it has 2 balconies in it. The kitchen is small but has everything tenants might need, including an oven, a stove, a fridge, and a microwave. The bathroom is small but practical, and it is also very clean. There is a washing machine, clotheslines for drying clothes, and a small storage closet outside on the living room balcony.
L'Eixample Esquerra is one of the most popular places to live in Barcelona. Located in the city center, L'Eixample Esquerra is home to lots of excellent bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops. L'Eixample Esquerra is also within walking distance of many monuments and trendy areas, making this neighborhood the ideal place for anyone who wants to see and do it all in bustling Barcelona.
