What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
This is very bright and cozy apartment. You can reach center by metro. Metro station is Horta is close from home. You will share the apartment only with me. The apartment is very very clean. And it smells nice. There is no hair and mess around. Therefore I require from the person who will live in the apartment the same to be very clean. I’m calm and chill, work during the day , in the evenings I drink wine and listen music. I almost don’t cook at home, therefore the kitchen is also very clean all the time. I speak Spanish and English and I’m open minded.
