What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The surroundings have many restaurants and bars, there's a really nice gym less than ten min away on foot, and many green areas nearby. Everything in the apartment is brand new. The kitchen has a dishwasher and an induction stove; the fridge and washing machine are Samsung and can even be controlled from the phone. The bathroom also has mood lighting and features both a shower (with multiple water jets - spa) as well as a bathtub. All rooms have individual AC (Hot+Cold) and central heating (radiators - gas). Each room has a desk, a nightstand, and a closet. The living room has a lovely sofa and a big TV.
