Rooms are available to rent in a 6-bedroom house in Vallcarca. Measuring a total of 333 m² and spread across 3 floors, this house even has its own elevator! The 2nd floor is home to all of the communal areas, including a patio and a spacious terrace with a ping-pong table! There is also a very large living and dining room on the 2nd floor - you will be sharing this with your housemates and the live-in landlords. The long kitchen is fully equipped, and it has an industrial-sized fridge which is necessary in such a big house.

The apartment is located on Carrer de Sant Eudald in Vallcarca, part of the larger Gràcia neighbourhood. The local area is tranquil and residential, and there are several green spaces in the vicinity including Park Güell which is about 15 minutes away. To reach central Barcelona, you can walk to Vallcarca metro station which is just 9 minutes away.

What we liked the most

  • This house is so spacious that it has an elevator, how unusual!
  • Each bedroom has its own balcony and private use of its own bathroom.
  • The kitchen has an industrial-sized fridge.
  • Communal areas are cleaned once or twice per week.
  • Two sets of bed linen and towels are provided.
  • There is a 'desk room' which can either be kept as an office or transformed into another bedroom.
  • This property has a spacious terrace and a patio!
  • Park Güell is about 15 minutes away - from here you can enjoy views of the whole of Barcelona.
  • The live-in landlords live on the upper floor, so you will have total privacy.
