A beautiful 3-bedroom apartment has rooms to rent in the Sant Pau area of Barcelona. The decor in this 100 m² pad is stunning and contemporary, and feels very luxurious. There is an extremely well equipped kitchen with an island unit, a spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, and best of all, a massive terrace.
Located on Carrer de la Indústria in the Sant Pau area, you're very close to metro stations, the Hospital Sant Pau architectural complex, and just steps away from the lively Eixample Dreta district, where the Sagrada Familias is located.
So, whether you choose to spend the day sunning yourself on the terrace or exploring the surrounding Modernist architecture, this is the apartment for you!

What we liked the most
- Our runner loved the comfy sofa bed - perfect for when you have guests to stay!
- The amount of storage space in the kitchen is astonishing. We particularly like the island unit!
- There is AC; a real godsend in summer.
- We love the terrace! Just imagine an evening soirée there in summer with your flatmates. Perfection.
