Welcome to Barcelona! My name is Eduard, and I was born and raised in this city. I speak fluent english. I'm offering my guest room and private bathroom in the heart of Barcelona's Eixample district. This kind of apartments were built during the Catalan Modernism era at the end of the XX century. Those apartments are notorious by their character; spaciousness, high ceilings adorned with moldings. It flat was renovated some years ago so it keeps it's character while being fully equiped and comfortable. The apartment is located on the right side of Eixample neighbourhood, famous for it's convenient urban planning, Modernist buildings, in a semipedestrianized street very close to the main transport connections and services. My guest room is small but comfortable and quiet. The bed is double and the size of the wardrobe is enough to answer your need. I'm aware there is no space to work comfortably from inside the room, but I'll gladly assign any place of the common areas you like to work comfortably. The guest room and the private bathroom are not connected but they are just next to the other in the hallway. I love my city and my apartment and would be happy to share them with you.
