Booking Conditions:
- Age requirement: Only guests aged 20 to 40 years are eligible to book.
- Booking name: The reservation must be made under the same name as the guest staying in the room.
- Occupancy limit: 1 person per room (no exceptions).
Payment & Deposit:
- The security deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking confirmation.
- Payment method: Bank transfer only.
- Additional fees:
- A 3% service fee needs to be added to the deposit total for payment processing
- €20 fee applies for non-EU bank transfers.
Check-in requirements (must be completed at least 48 hours in advance):
- Deposit received in full by the landlord
- Check-in form completed and submitted
