The apartment is spacious, bright, and fully furnished. It features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, high-speed wifi, and weekly cleaning service in common areas. The available room includes a double bed, desk, chair, and a wardrobe with hanging space.
The location is excellent. The flat is situated at the intersection of Rocafort and Gran Vía, just a short walk from Plaça Espanya, Plaça Universitat, and the University of Barcelona. The Rocafort metro station (L1) is right in front of the building, with multiple bus and train connections nearby. The area is surrounded by supermarkets, parks, schools, shops, ATMs, and all necessary amenities.
In addition to accommodation, residents have free access during the first two months to an engaging community experience. This includes unlimited Spanish classes, coworking space, weekly workshops, monthly social events, organized trips, and discounts at partner cafés. After the initial period, flexible renewal options are available.
The minimum stay is three months. A one-month deposit is required. The price includes internet and weekly cleaning of the common areas. Electricity, water, and gas are not included. Bed linen and pillows are not provided. Proof of student or employment status is required. A management fee applies.
