Rooms are available to rent in this 4-bedroom apartment on Carrer Nou de la Rambla in Poble Sec. The apartment has be recently renovated and redecorated, and is in excellent condition, with all new furnishings and fittings. The common areas are comfortable, including a well-equipped kitchen, and there is 1 bathroom to share between 3 of the bedrooms, as bedroom 4 has it's own private bathroom.
This is an excellent area of the city in which to live; close to the central and historic areas of El Raval and Barrí Gòtic, and just a short walk from the harbour, where you'll find the main business district. From the nearby Paral·lel Metro station, Universitat de Barcelona is just 2 stops away, and to get to know the city from above, just head up the nearby Montjuïc. It'll take about 5-minutes to get to the top from the apartment (depending from your fitness level), and there are amazing views of the city from there.

- The apartment has been recently redecorated and is painted in a bold, welcoming blue.
- All of the rooms are single occupancy only, so you won't have to worry about sharing the bathroom or kitchen with too many people.
- Some of the best tapas bars in Barcelona are just around the corner.
- Carrer de Blai, just around the corner, is like a mini rambla - this long narrow street is packed with terrazas where you can enjoy great food and drink in the sun.
