Single room (NOT for couples) IN THE CENTER OF BARCELONA You are renting the room from an individual. I am not an agency nor a company, so no hidden fees will be requested after checking-in. A big bathroom and kitchen is at your disposal and will only be shared with the apartment owner. You will share the apartment with one person only, who is the landlord. The exclusivity of this room is that you don't have to share kitchen and bathroom with lots of people. Enjoy a very peaceful stay in Barcelona. Have your own space for learning and and having a quiet place after a hectic day in Barcelona. All windows face the street but are completely isolated from noise and warm/cold. This is not a hotel: you are responsible for keeping everything clean and tidy. If you do not want to do any cleaning, you can request a cleaning lady to do it for an extra fee. Your room is fully equipped: - TV - Working desk and chair - Air conditioning/heating - Your own balcony to the street - Armchair - Big double bed - Closet Again, only responsible people who have a steady job and looks for a peaceful apartment to live in. No parties allowed! No couples!
