Modernist flat with period details completely refurbished in Sant Andreu, a quiet traditional neighbourhood of Barcelona, located just 3 minutes walk from the metro station Sant Andreu (L5), in a street surrounded by shops, supermarkets and entertainment venues.
The flat is refurbished and has designer furniture, fully equipped kitchen, high speed WiFi (1000mb/s), coffee machine, in house washing machine, weekly supply of hand and dish soap, cleaning products, rubbish bags, kitchen paper and toilet paper, and lock in all rooms.
The property is on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator.
There are 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All rooms have very comfortable beds, desk for teleworking or studying, mirror, heating and ceiling fan.

- Check-in (Monday - Friday): 15:00 - 18:00*
- Check-out (Monday - Friday): before 11:00 am.
- Check-in from 18:00 to 21:00 will have an extra fee of 50€.
- Check-in after 21:00 or on public holidays will have an extra fee of 90€.
Important information
- Registration is possible as long as the stay is at least 3 months.
- Must follow the norms of co-existence.
- Pets allowed with an extra fee of 100€/month per pet (for pets up to 25 kg).
- Includes weekly cleaning of communal areas and weekly supply of all household essentials.
- The deposit must be paid two working days before the check-in date. If payment is made on the day of check-in, it can be made in cash or by credit card via payment link.
- The Tenant must pay at the beginning of his/her stay a Welcome Service fee of €275to cover the costs of: drafting and signing the legal rental Agreement, check-in at the Accommodation (see Arrivals and Departures Policy) supply of two pillows, two cushions, duvet, blanket, a complete set of sheets and two towels(only payment)
- In case the Tenants are a couple, the Welcome Service,which includes management, the second pair of towels, and a second copy of keys,will be increased by €100. (only one payment)
- In the event the Tenants are a couple: the rent will be increased by €265/month, including up to €65 of monthly utilities (water, electricity and gas), weekly supply of toilet and kitchen paper, hand soap and dish soap for the second person, weekly cleaning of the common areas, maintenance and 24h assistance by a Community Facilitator (monthly payment).
- A €125 room check-out fee must be paid at the time of check-out.
- Overnight guests: One guest per month is allowed for a maximum of 2 consecutive nights, with prior notice given to the landlord and roommates. Guests are not allowed in single rooms.
- Quiet hours must be respected from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, Monday to Sunday, to ensure proper rest for all tenants.
- Smoking or using electronic cigarettes is only allowed in outdoor areas and balconies, provided there are no explicit no-smoking signs and it does not disturb other tenants.
- In case of lost keys, a replacement key costs €50.
