Well planned rooms are available to rent in this modern 75 m² apartment on Carrer de Cantàbria. Three of the bedrooms have private balconies which overlook the tranquil neighbourhood outside and the views are spectacular as your are on the 8th floor. The kitchen is spacious enough for multiple tenants to use at once and comes fully equipped.

Living in La Verneda you will find yourself in a tranquil residential area and you are close to a number of parks, including Parc de Sant Martí. You will find plenty of shops and restaurants close by and there are excellent public transport options so you can easily reach the rest of the city.

What we liked the most

  • The rooms are furnished with pull out beds, making good use of space.
  • 3 of the bedrooms have private balconies with great views of the calm residential neighbourhood.
  • There are 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen has plenty of counter space, making shared living nice and easy.
