Newly renovated apartments with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in a modern and elegant style.
They are located in the attractive L'Eixample neighborhood, in one of the most popular pedestrian streets in the city. Consell de Cent has been included in the ranking of streets with the most personality in the world. It is full of restaurants, shops, meeting places and art galleries, it is an exceptional way to discover the soul of Barcelona.
A central and well-connected location, 5 minutes walk from Plaza Cataluña and the Plaça Universitat and Passeig de Gràcia metro stations that connect with the entire city.
They consist of mosaic floors and high ceilings, typical of the Barcelona architectural style.
The apartments are exterior and have a terrace, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi connection.
The living room has a comfortable sofa and seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, washing machine and dryer.
