Cualquier inconveniente que pueda surgir por medio de estos olvidos es grave para todos los que conviven dentro. La Propiedad no se responsabiliza ya que deja todos los medios de seguridad al alcance. Así mismo la persona que olvide cerrar el perímetro y se produzca un siniestro, y así mismo esa persona no tenga objetos de valor dentro, restituirá, con capital y garantes, los daños que se hayan percibido.
2.- **Para cumplir con el resto de arrendatarios, No se pueden traer invitados, familiares, o personas ajenas al establecimiento.
