What this property offers?

What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Flat recently renovated in very well connected area by public transportation, next to Plaza Espanya and twenty minutes walk from the city centre, in an area surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants. My neighborhood hosts Montjuic park and at it's half an hour distance from the beach and the airport. I work from the office four days a week and I am very active outside the house. The atmosphere around the house is relaxed and positive. Strongly drawn to live sport competition, I like good energy, value responsibility, communication and a life well-lived. Educated pets and occasional guests are welcome.
