Características del piso: Vivimos 2 personas y el que alquilará la habitación seríamos 3 personas Piso de 130 m2 Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones así como en el salón comedor. Suministro Gas Natural y agua. Tengo 2 perritos pequeños. Estoy buscando una chica entre 25-50 años de larga duración y/o mínimo 6 Meses. Precio habitación 450 euros / mes Fianza un mes 450 euros que se devolverá cuando finalice la estancia; en caso de irse antes de lo contratado no se le devolverá La finca tiene ascensor y el piso está en segunda planta. El piso se encuentra en la parte más residencial de Barcelona (Bonanova-St. Gervassi) En esta zona hay muchas universidades privadas y alguna pública. Centro sanitario cerca y muchos hospitales y Clínicas Tiene buena comunicación de autobuses y metros. Me gustaría encontrar chicas que trabajen y/o algún postgraduado. También hay wifi buena cobertura.
