The common areas to be shared with the live-in landlady include a living room/dining room which comes furnished with a lovely sofa facing the large TV, and a dining table. For a quick meal you also have a small table you can use in the fully equipped kitchen. There is 1 full bathroom to share and a laundry area.
Sant Martí is a mixture of an lively residential area. On Carrer del Concili de Trento, you are surrounded by parks, shops, and restaurants. There is plenty to do and explore within walking distance, but you also have great public transportation connections with a metro stop and several buses just a few minutes away.
