There are rooms available to rent in this 75 m², 3-bedroom apartment in the lively Sant Martí neighborhood. The common areas to be shared with the live-in landlady include a living room/dining room which comes furnished with a lovely sofa facing the large TV, and a dining table. For a quick meal you also have a small table you can use in the fully equipped kitchen. There is 1 full bathroom to share and a laundry area.
Sant Martí is a mixture of an lively residential area. On Carrer del Concili de Trento, you are surrounded by parks, shops, and restaurants. There is plenty to do and explore within walking distance, but you also have great public transportation connections with a metro stop and several buses just a few minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has big windows that keep it constantly sun-filled.
- The living room has been recently refurbished.
- Bedroom 1 has lots of storage and a personal TV.
- You have a metro stop just a few minutes' from the apartment.
- If you enjoy exercising outdoors, there are plenty of small parks nearby to choose from.
