El piso está situado en un barrio tranquilo, a 9 minutos andando de la Sagrada Familia. Está muy bien comunicado tanto en autobús como en metro. Al entrar en la vivienda hay un recibidor que tiene 2 puertas, una da a un distribuidor donde se encuentra la zona alquilada 2 habitaciones (1 con una cama de 1,35m. La otra habitación   tiene un gran armario una zona de trabajo o estudio también tiene un sofá) y   un baño privado.  La segunda puerta del recibidor comunica con el resto de la casa. La cocina es de obre nueva donde el inquilino/a podría prepararse las comidas. (La propietaria prácticamente no la usa). Tiene también una terraza con vistas a la Gran Vía que, sobre todo, por la noche, es espectacular. Está situada en un 7º piso y la finca dispone de 2 ascensores.
