Dispone de cinco habitaciones: cuatro dobles y una individual, todas con baño privado, lo que garantiza la máxima comodidad e independencia.
Las zonas comunes incluyen un espacioso salón y una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, horno, placa de inducción y todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. Además, hay un cuarto auxiliar con lavadora, secadora, plancha y aspiradora.
