La vivienda se encuentra ubicada en la zona de Sant Simón, con vistas a las Cinc Cènies una zona agrícola urbana con cientos de hectáreas de espacios verdes y caminos rurales ,A 5 minutos a pie de la playa, del centro ciudad y . parada de bus al lado directa a la estación, mercado semanal de alimentación y a 2 minutos de una biblioteca pública. La vivienda se encuentra ubicada en una comunidad semi nueva con ascensor y zona comunitaria, vivienda amplia exterior y con luz natural todo el día además de tranquila. La habitación de unos 6 metros es exterior con ventana y luz natural, dispone de cama y armario y posibilidad de escritorio si lo necesitase, baño individual para ti. En casa tenemos un ambiente tranquilo, agradable y de respeto por el descanso de los vecinos y el nuestro propio.
