La vivienda está ubicada en el centro, entre las estaciones de metro Rocafort (roja) y Hospital Clínic (azul). La zona muy bien comunicada y segura, se puede ir andando a los sitios comunes o cojer transporte público. El piso es moderno y tranquilo, y está siempre limpio y ordenado. Vivimos una familia de tres personas que trabajamos y estudiamos, por lo que buscamos un ambiente de convivencia respetuoso y calmado. El idioma principal en casa es el español. La habitación dipone: cama de matrimonio, ropa de cama (muy buenas condiciones), armario, cómoda y ventilador.
