IDELIVE CONDITIONS:
- Minimum stay of 1 month from the move-in date.
- To reserve, the tenant must pay by the moment the booking is confirmed:
- A €200 deposit (refundable at the end of your stay, provided you give at least 30 days' notice before check-out)
- A €100 admin fee (non-refundable)
- Deposit is non-refundable if the tenant cancels the booking before the check-in date.
- All utility bills included: electricity, gas, water, and internet (up to €40).
- Rentals are based on a full calendar month cycle (from the 1st to the 30th/31st), regardless of the tenant’s actual move-in or move-out date.
- Rooms are for single occupancy only. Occasional visits are allowed, but overnight stays by external guests are not permitted.
- Contracts are renewed every 6 months.
- No smoking allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- Reduce noise after 22:00 (10:00 PM).
- Keep all spaces clean and tidy.
