El piso está reformado y cuenta con cocina amplia con lavadora, microondas, horno, nevera, 2 baños y patio y se comparte con 3 chicos.
Calefacción individual a gas.
No se admiten parejas ni mascotas.
Preferencia de persona para larga estancia, si es un chico mejor.
El ambiente es muy tranquilo y casi no tenemos visitas.
Se hará entrega de llaves tanto del edificio como del piso, en caso de pérdida deberá abonar la suma de 35€ que corresponde al pedido de copias a la administración de la finca.
