Se alquila habitación grande de trece metros cuadrados en piso totalmente reformado, ubicada en Sant Cugat del Vallès, una de las mejores zonas para vivir cerca de Barcelona. La habitación es muy luminosa, cuenta con cama doble y una terraza privada amplia, con excelente entrada de luz natural durante todo el día. El piso está situado a solo pocos minutos andando de la estación de ferrocarriles y en aproximadamente veinte minutos en tren se llega a Plaza Catalunya. La zona es muy tranquila y rodeada de naturaleza, con parques ideales para hacer deporte. Además, dispone de gimnasios, supermercados, tiendas, bancos, restaurantes y todo tipo de servicios a pocos minutos caminando. Posibilidad de empadronamiento, ideal para quienes necesiten tramitar el NIE. En el piso viven actualmente dos chicos tranquilos, que estudian y trabajan. Se valora un buen ambiente de convivencia, respeto y un entorno familiar. Para más información o concertar una visita, no dudes en contactar.
