Es una casa compartida con un ambiente internacional, tranquilo y respetuoso, especialmente pensada para estudiantes y jóvenes que vienen a Barcelona por estudios, prácticas o estancias temporales.
La vivienda es espaciosa y las habitaciones están equipadas para poder estudiar y vivir cómodamente. La cocina y los baños son compartidos y están totalmente equipados. Una persona realiza la limpieza semanal de las zonas comunes y, entre todos, procuramos mantener la casa limpia y ordenada durante la semana.
Aunque se comparte vivienda, cada persona dispone de su propio espacio y privacidad. Buscamos una convivencia agradable, tranquila y respetuosa con el descanso y los horarios de quienes viven en casa.
