Se alquila una amplia habitación doble, muy luminosa y completamente amueblada, en un piso acogedor y bien cuidado situado en la calle Padilla, en una de las zonas mejor comunicadas de Barcelona.
La habitación es ideal tanto para una persona como para una pareja y está lista para entrar a vivir a partir de septiembre, aunque podríamos gestionar que vengas antes si lo necesitas.
El piso se comparte únicamente con dos personas (un chico y una chica), en un ambiente tranquilo, limpio y respetuoso, perfecto para quienes buscan una convivencia agradable.
Ubicación
Excelente localización, a pocos minutos del Hospital Sant Pau y muy cerca de la Sagrada Familia. La zona dispone de supermercados, comercios, cafeterías, restaurantes, gimnasios, farmacias y todos los servicios necesarios para el día a día. Además, cuenta con excelentes conexiones de transporte público (metro y autobuses), que permiten llegar fácilmente a cualquier punto de la ciudad.
