There are rooms for rent in this comfortable 4-bedroom apartment with a live-in Landlady, located on Carrer del Rector Triadó in vibrant Sants. The shared spaces in the 72 m² apartment include an equipped kitchen, cosy lounge with balcony access and a functional bathroom.

Sants is the ideal spot to live, just out of the city centre but still close and well connected enough to offer the same conveniences. This apartment is not only a short walk from the Metro system, but is close to shops, restaurants and a variety of parks, including Parque De Joan Miró and Parc de l'Espanya Industrial.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is close to the Hostafrancs Metro station, Parque De Joan Miró and Parc de l'Espanya Industrial.
  • The kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook, including an oven and microwave.
  • The apartment has A/C to keep you comfortable over the warmer months.
  • The bathroom is equipped with all of the necessities.
  • There is a balcony for you to use and enjoy.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is only 1 bathroom to be shared.
  • The landlady will put your washing on once a week only, but there is a laundromat across the road if you require to do additional laundry.
  • Tenants will not have access to the dishwasher.
