The colourful kitchen has a 4-burner stove, rangehood and full-sized refrigerator, and you will also find the washing machine here. The shared bathroom also has a shower over bath, toilet and sink.

There are a few restaurants and shops within a 10-minute walk, while the Mercat Fira de Bellcaire Els Encants is a 20-minute walk away. The Arc de Triomf and Parc de la Ciutadella are just down the road.
