There is a room for rent in this tidy 65 m² 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a live-in landlord on Carrer de Pujades in Poblenou. The living room opens on to a balcony, and the kitchen is well-equipped with a 4-burner stove, double sinks and a oven.

The Palo Alto Market is within a 10-minute walk of this apartment. There is also a supermarket and pharmacy nearby, and a few restaurants within walking distance as well. The Nova Icaria Beach is also within a half-hour walk.

Room description

Bedroom 2 is a well-furnished room as it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It comes furnished with a single bed, a wardrobe and a shelf where you can store your books and materials in. A study desk can also be brought, it requested.

What we liked the most

  • The large living area is a great place to relax outside of your room.
  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower as well as a mirror.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • This apartment is on the 7th floor with an elevator.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is only one shared bathroom.
  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
