Spotahome's opinion

This modern 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has a generous 65 m² footprint on Carrer Pareto in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. Both bedrooms have double beds and standalone wardrobes, so there is good storage space for your belongings. The combined kitchen and living room is also well-equipped, with a sofa and TV, as well as an oven.

The Mercat del Torrent Gornal is a great place to grab the essentials for a home-cooked meal, while the Gran Via 2 shopping mall is within walking distance as well. After dinner you can socialise at one of the great bars within a 10-minute walk.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is close to public transport, so the centre of Barcelona is easily accessible by bus or Metro.
  • The living room is a great place to relax outside of your room.
  • There is a shower, toilet, and sink with a large mirror in the bathroom.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • This apartment has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, as well as neutral decor.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is only one shared bathroom.
  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.

    How to book
