This luminous 3-bedroom apartment is situated on Carrer Pareto in the neighbourhood of L’Hospitalet. It comes with a kitchen equipped with modern appliances for meal prep. The living space is bright with a dining table and television, and the bathroom is functional.

  • Whole apartments:
    • Separate monthly expenses of 150 EUR fixed per month

    • To have confirmation that you are a student, scholarship holder or hired worker (document proving this is required).
    • Minimum stay of 6 months (from the moment of the application for registration).
    • Payment of the last month's rent in advance.
  • Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish, French, German.
  • Your landlord does not live on the property.
