This huge 4-bedroom apartment with a room for rent on Carrer del Dr. Carulla is on the 1st floor. There are three shared spaces in this apartment. The kitchen, which is fully equipped, is very spacious. It has a fresh look and a sunny window. It’s furnished with a 4-seat dining table. The second common area is the study. It also has a bright window and it’s furnished with a large desk, computers, chairs, a coffee table, and filing cabinet. Lastly, the laundry room has a washing machine.

You get the finer things in life when living in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. It’s an upscale neighborhood filled with wonderful shops and restaurants. You’re at the foot of a mountain and the edge of a forest. Nature is as abundant as culture is here. Cinemas, grocery stores, and cafés are within reach. If you need to be close to hospitals, there are a dozen of them. The University Hospital is a 25-minute walk away. Two universities are also within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is great, but access to the study room with computers is fabulous!
  • You can walk to the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and Ramon Llull’s La Salle Campus.
  • You can reach the city center with a 20-minute transit ride.
  • The nearby Vallvidrera Reservoir ensures you can do a lot of hiking without going far.
